New Life into Omaha History

We are working on preserving another part of Omaha’s history with the preservation of the Beverly and Ainsworth apartment building built in 1922 by the Drake Reality Construction Company located on 22nd & Jones Street. Both buildings play a significant role in the Drake Court Historic District and railroad boom of the early 1920’s. Such important structures deserve a new life again. #trbarchitecture, #preservation, #railroadhousing, #omaha, #apartmentrenovations

trb architecture's sweetest client - Délice European Bakery voted 1 of Omaha's most romantic restaurants.

Once again we are thrilled to have one of our projects listed in some of Omaha's bests!   The NP Dodge Voice lists Délice European Bakery as one of most romantic dining spots in Omaha.  Check out the whole article here

Délice was also Voted one of the best desserts in Omaha,  by Omaha Magazine.

Délice has been providing delectable desserts to the area since 1993. Though they now serve them alongside café fare, the classics are still available as well as several newer options. Take home a couple cookies and split a Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding!

Now that's a table!

This is a table worthy of a Thanksgiving meal. You can find this table at The Lund Company corporate office, a result of our recent office redesign.

the unforeseen power of good design

As a consumer of design services – having worked in corporate communications and as a consultant to corporate clients – I have often needed to sell good design to executives. I have known managers who gave short shrift to design, equating it to decorative “frills,” something “nice, but not necessary.”

We are happy to have been a part of this project in conjunction with Phoenix Construction Group, Inc.  What a beautiful structure, location and feel.
